Postage & Packing

For all UK destinations:
Individual orders will be subject to a £2.50 + VAT carriage and packing charge.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Europe:
Due to higher carriage rates, on deliveries to the above, it is necessary to charge £5.00 + VAT per shipping carton.

Deliveries to worldwide destinations outside of Europe:
Due to higher shipping costs, on deliveries to the above it is necessary to charge £5.00 per shipping carton.

Free Postage & Packing on orders of £50 or more, regardless of the destination.

Delivery

The vast majority of orders received by APA Parafricta are dispatched within 72 hours. Despite some stock fluctuations, we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 14 days. In the case of exceptional circumstances, where stock is not available within that period a member of staff will contact you.

Returns

You may return any product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery providing that it is in perfect resaleable condition. Your refund will include the full value of the order, including the cost of transportation from us to you. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.

By resaleable condition we mean the product has to be unused and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns, for example, if a product's box has been torn or damaged. For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns of these products if the bag has been opened or if the seal is broken.

Should any item be delivered in an unsatisfactory condition or should there be any shortages, please notify us within two working days and we will rectify the situation.

Any product that is not fit for the purpose intended due to a manufacturer's defect will be replaced, or you will be offered a refund. In this instance we will cover the cost of the goods being returned from you to us. For any further information on returns please contact us.

Privacy

At APA Parafricta Ltd we are committed to ensuring the privacy of our visitors and customers. Under no circumstances will our visitors' or customers' data, including email addresses etc., be given to any third parties.
